I love this lotion, gentle enough for your face and neck. Moisturizing yet doesn’t breakout my skin. My husband uses it to moisturize his face in the winter months too.

My previous employer turned me onto this stuff for perimenopausal hot flashes and night sweats it doesn't stop them completely but it significantly reduces both.

I use this for night sweats. Rub it in around your neck and it does help. Nothing gets rid of the sweats, but this is the best I have found so far.

Menopause has caused so many issues, the joint and muscle pain are the highest. This wild yam cream started working on my hormones within a few days, first the joint pain was turned way down, then the muscle pain calmed, sleep became deeper, cognitive thinking improved. I put a small pea sized dollop on my fatty parts of my body (face, but, belly, flappy arms, inner thighs) 2 times a day. It works with your body to make what is missing.
