Packaging: The outer paperboard box was sealed in plastic. Remove the screw-cap on the tube (30 mL, 1 oz) to dispense the product via a small opening at the tip of the tube. Directions and expiry appear on the box and on the tube. Ingredients list appears on the box.

Product: My pics show the ingredients. Retinol is the third item in the list. The product is clear-opaque, like an antibiotic ointment.

I did a patch test and had no reaction to the cream. It feels fine around my eyes. Will it make a difference? Might know in a few weeks or months.

This product was made in April 2026 (location unknown) for a company based in Georgia, USA. I received it in July 2026. Expiry April 2029.

Biggest downside is it makes you sensitive to the sun, but aside from that it works great.

It's super easy to use, a little bit goes a long way, so it's a great value too.

The ingredients are all pure and high-quality additionally.

I have very reactive skin and usually steer clear of retinol products because they cause redness. However, the soothing ingredients like squalane in this formula made me give it a try. I have only been using it for a little while, and have already seen some results. I have been impressed with it, as it only takes a little. Great retinol undereye cream. It came out a little whiter in the Pic than in reality. It looks a little more like a serum than a cream in person. But it's silky smooth, goes on very easily, soaks in fast, and a little goes a long way, making it a great value for the price. I did not notice any strong scent. There is no greasy residue or heavy product left on your skin after absorption. Helps with fine lines, and helps to moisturize dry, sunken skin. Brightens your look and makes you look refreshed. Love the anti-aging peptides, and it is good for sensitive skin. Has a little bit of a firming action, as well. Would buy again.

Having under bags has bothered me for over 30yrs so I've tried lots of different products which claim to firm them and reduce fine lines but nothing gave me visible yet lasting improvement until this fabulous product! Results were surprisingly fast too!

The powerful combination of ingredients is gentle too. Not oily or tacky. No irritation whatsoever. It's unscented, goes on smoothly yet absorbs quickly.

With how well it firmed my undereye area, and because I also noticed fine lines were less visible after less than a couple weeks of daily use, I've been using to reduce lines on my upper lip, and forehead too.

This is an excellent value and I definitely recommend it! I certainly plan to get more!

This tube is easy to squeeze a bit out and apply to my skin. It absorbs well and a little goes a long way so it's good value. There is a very mild neutral scent so I like that. It does feel irritating at all near my eyes so that's also important for an eye cream. Overall it's simple to use at night and a good addition to my skin care routine.

This ZIIDII retinol eye cream arrived in a shrink-wrapped box. There was no tear strip, so I used a box cutter to open it. The bottom of the box has a lot number along with manufacturing and expiration dates. Mine was made 16/04/2026 and expires 15/04/2029, which matches the three-year shelf life printed on the box. The expiration date is also stamped into the crimped end of the tube, which helps once the box is gone. There's also a 12-month symbol, which I take to mean it should be used within a year of opening.

Inside is a 30 mL (1.06 fl oz) light green tube with a green screw-on cap. Under the cap is a fine, tapered white nozzle. It makes it easy to put a small amount exactly where I want it around the eyes. The tube is easy to hold and squeeze.

The cream is off-white and holds its shape when squeezed out. It has essentially no fragrance. I usually like products with some scent, but that's a personal preference. The texture is light, and it rubs in easily and absorbs well. It feels comfortable on the skin.

The ingredient list is short. Retinol is listed third, right after water and glycerin, although the concentration isn't stated. It also includes PDRN (sodium DNA), two peptides (acetyl hexapeptide-8 and oligopeptide-1), niacinamide, caffeine, squalane, bakuchiol, hyaluronate, and panthenol. No fragrance is listed, which matches what I noticed.

The directions are clear and printed on both the box and the tube. They call for a pea-sized amount patted around the eye area, recommend night use, and say to always use SPF during the day. For me, it has kept the skin around my eyes moisturized, and I think it looks a little younger.

Overall, it's a very easy product to use with a thoughtful ingredient list. The only minor hassle was opening the box.
